The contest begins Tuesday, May 20, 2008 and ends noon Monday, August 11, 2008. Entry deadline is noon Monday, August 11, 2008.
One entry per person, please. Duplicate entries will be expunged. No purchase necessary.
The prize: Two tickets to see Brad Paisley and special guests at the Kentucky State Fair in Freedom Hall in Louisville, KY, Saturday, August 16 at 8 p.m. Tickets include admission to the fair.
By entering, you confirm and represent that you meet the age eligibility requirement of 18 years of age or older. You waive any potential legal claims, hold harmless and will not attempt to hold The McClatchy Company, Kentucky.com, LexGo.com and the Lexington Herald-Leader, their employees, agents and assigns liable.
Employees of The McClatchy Company, the Herald-Leader, LexGo.com and Kentucky.com, their distributors, contractors, agents, immediate families and household members are ineligible. Winner will be selected by a random drawing and notified by phone. Winner will be the entrant reached in person by a Herald-Leader employee. Assumed notification by caller ID and any subsequent returned calls do not constitute a winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Only one prize will be awarded. No substitutions for prize.
By entering, you allow LexGo.com and the Herald-Leader to use your name and address for marketing purposes, and the winner grants The McClatchy Company, LexGo.com, Kentucky.com and the Herald-Leader the right to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Winner may be required to sign a statement of eligibility and a liability release prior to receiving the prize. Entrants agree that The McClatchy Company, Kentucky.com, LexGo.com and the Herald-Leader, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for, and will be held harmless against, any and all claims for injury, loss or damage of any kind, including, but not limited to, cancellation of the performance and/or event, resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or from acceptance or use of any prize.
