Stripling kicked off UofL football team

University of Louisville senior running back George Stripling has been dismissed from the team for a violation of team rules, U of L head coach Steve Kragthorpe announced on Friday.

Stripling played in 34 career games for the Cardinals, recording 1,338 yards and 13 touchdowns. His best season came in 2005 when he rushed for 621 yards and seven touchdowns.
